from start to finish was a breeze, and the boots are spot on very comfy and craftsmanship is second to none.well pleased

Lovely shoes, great quality and great service. The only minor downside was that I had originally ordered a size 9, in accordance with the other 7 pairs of Loake's shoes and boots that I have, but they were a half size too big. Happily returns are free, and Royal Mail picked them up from my home without charge too. I sent them back and ordered a size 8½ which fitted perfectly.

Lovely pair of boots

Straightforward ordering process- delighted with the shoe which is very comfortable

Mail order received promptly but slightly too big, returned easily using the pre-paid Royal Mail service.

After I had tried the shoes on I saw a small detail in the booklet saying returns with marked soles are not accepted. Recommend to try on carpet, as I have stone floors I was a little annoyed. This needs to be made more prominent, though my return was accepted.

Second pair arrive an fit well, though box presentation is not as good as this first (missing labels, loake clothe an returns guide), so shows a lack of consistency. Hope that is not the case for the shoes…
